Blue Renew offers Swedish massage and deep pressure massage, usually blended with stretching in one session. The menu is deliberately short: those two modalities, done well, tuned to what your body needs.
What is the difference between Swedish and deep pressure massage?
Swedish is lighter, flowing, and built for relaxation and warming up tissue. Deep pressure is firmer, focused work on tense muscles. Most sessions at Blue Renew blend both, plus stretching.
Is deep pressure the same as deep tissue?
No, and Corey is upfront about it. Deep tissue is a specific modality he hasn't trained in; what he offers is genuinely firm pressure guided by 15+ years of working with bodies as a trainer.
How much pressure will I get?
As much or as little as you want. Pressure is adjustable in real time, and Corey checks in during the session, so you never have to endure anything to get value from the hour.
What happens at my first visit?
A short intake conversation covers your goals, comfort, and scent preference, then the session is tailored to you. The room runs low-scent by default, and sessions are kept scent-free on request.
