Appointments and Cancellation
All sessions are by appointment. 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations so the time can be offered to another client. Insurance sessions require coverage verification before the first appointment.
Payment
Cash rates are listed on the site and date-stamped; rates may change over time. Cash and mobile payments are preferred, and credit and debit cards are accepted. For insured sessions, Blue Renew bills the insurance company directly; clients are responsible for any amount their plan assigns to them, confirmed during verification.

Site content, including text and images, belongs to Blue Renew Massage Therapy LLC and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Client review quotes are the words of their authors, reproduced from the Google Business Profile.
Liability
The website is provided as is. Blue Renew Massage Therapy LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under Oregon law.
